In trying to change my auto delivery date, I became confused as to whether or not I had done it correctly so Chandra was assigned to help me. She did a FANTASTIC job of understanding my question and making sure my change requests were correct. She was patient with my slow typing and made sure I didn't have any other problems before the conversation ended. I learned about the Carewell briefs while in a SNF in March and immediately started to order them. They are a LOT SOFTER and easier on the skin than what I was buying in the stores. Plus, they're purple, my favorite color. 😆😆
