I usually make all my orders from Carewell.com online quite easily. Occasionally, though, I need to call in because I have a problem. Today, I was having an unusual problem entering a new card number. The site did not recognize my 3 digit security number as a valid number. So I picked up the phone and called the number posted right on the ordering page. I spoke with a very pleasant & experienced young man who made the process quite simple. He was able to see my ordering process on his screen and he completed it for me, entering the new info and even offering a small discount. My three + years spent ordering from Carewell have been very pleasant with only one problem during a growing period with the company. I have no reason to look elsewhere for anyone else. Thanks, Carewell!

Customer service was wonderful when we called about damaged product. Immediately, they ordered a replacement. Prices are good with auto ship but shipping is a little high.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We're sorry that you had an item arrive damaged, but glad that our Care Team was able to quickly resolve it. We're also glad to hear that you're enjoying the convenience of our Autoship program! We understand your concerns about the cost of shipping, and we're happy to offer free shipping on all orders that are $49 or more! To save some extra money on shipping, some customers stretch their Autoship out a bit by ordering more products with a little more time between shipments.
