Carnival Savers absolutely saved our event. We had a last minute problem with our normal supplier and needed our prizes in a week(!). Kathy was so nice to me when I called, she talked through the issue with me, assured me that they could take care of us. Sincerely one of the best sales interactions I've ever had. Kathy deserves a raise, an award, and a hug.

It should be mentioned when ordering about other shipping fees outside of the original cost at the time of ordering. I placed my order, got a bill from the shipping company for $200 more for the shipment to come and jist received another bill for another $222

Thank you for your feedback. Large orders with International shipping to Canada can be tricky, but we are here to help! Our shipping charges do not include taxes and duties assessed on Canadian imports. We are contacting you directly and reaching out to UPS to verify the charges and assist in resolving any issues.
