They carried the flooring adhesive that I needed for a job. Customer service over the phone was friendly and helpful. Shipping cost was very reasonable, and I received the product when expected.

We've yet to install the carpet but from what I've seen, the product is well made and the shipping/delivery process was smooth.

I was missing 1 of my boxes and couldn't complete my project.
Response from Carpet Tile Depot· Feb 27, 2020
Hi Leadro I do apologize for this issue. 4 boxes were ordered in total in which 3 arrived in a timely manor. All 4 boxes did ship out together with Fedex however for some reason Fedex routed 1 of the boxes to the West Coast. We have spoken to Fedex a few times regarding this issue and it was routed correctly a few days ago. It is set to deliver to you tomorrow. We do everything to ensure quick delivery of all orders however once the material is picked up by the carrier it is unfortunately out of our hands as to what then happens with the material.

Quick, Priced right, Web site gets slow at times but is very easy to filter and find items and place the order.
