Hi Sannny, We've requested more information through Trustpilot so we can better address your concerns. Our post-auction team reviewed your statements and did not identify a recent auction that matched your review. In the exceedingly rare case that a car auctioned on Cars & Bids is in appreciably worse condition than it is represented, our dedicated post-auction team works with the buyer and seller to find an amicable solution. We pride ourselves on working with sellers to make these situations right, while also transparently identifying any issues known to us in the stated Known Flaws section. While this is the case, our Terms of Use are clear that all bids are binding, and all due diligence must be completed before bidding. We make every effort to assist in post-auction dealings, but bidders are responsible for all investigation prior to placing their bid. Please respond through Trustpilot with the email address tied to your account or contact us at [email protected] so that we can review your auction win in specific detail.
