Stay away
I purchased a set of knives as a birthday present in October 2019 and it still hasn't arrived. There were constant messages between myself and Pan Warner who always said that there has been a delay in shipping or an issue but its been shipped and I was told to wait for a tracking number to generate. This never happened and now all emails bounce back. When I asked for a refund I was told that I cannot get one as it has been shipped. Theyre a scam!!!

Giving this company 1 star is a joke
Giving this company 1 star is a joke! I ordered a bed set for my daughter in Nov of 2019 and never rec'd it! They took my money and never sent the merchandise. Scam! They shouldn't be able to get away with this! I want my money back!! Once I threatened to sue the replies ceased. Angry is the biggest understatement of the century.

WORST company called : Cart Crate…
Just like everyone else I ordered a rangefinder in October was supposed to be my dad’s Christmas present. I got the same emails, signed by one Pan Warner, giving me the runaround about it’s about to be shipped. Needless to say I never received it. This company is the absolute WORST!!!!

CART CRATE SUCKS!!!
Just like everyone else I ordered a rangefinder in November which was supposed to be my dad’s Christmas present. I got the same emails giving me the runaround about it’s about to be shipped. Needless to say I never received it, and to end up ordering another one from Amazon. This company is the absolute WORST!!!!

Ordered a rangefinder last October
Ordered a rangefinder for my husband last October. After several emails to this company, I have had no joy with my order. When I said I wanted a refunded they kept saying it was being delivered! I don't think this company should be trading!!

Ordered a range finder in November…
Ordered a range finder in November still no sign of it. Same excuse getting ready for shipping. Total scam, so is merch locker its the same company different name. Surprised Facebook hasn't got a lock on this after all the complaints
