The item that was shipped was dirty, but it was corrected
The item that was shipped was dirty, scuffed up and missing parts. The outer packaging was not damaged, so I believe it was shipped out that way. Update: Cartoli made good on their commitment to send a replacement to us. It did delay our project, but I very much appreciate their efforts in making it right. Not every company goes to those lengths these days.

This particular item arrived at our warehouse sealed in its original manufacturer packaging, so we didn't suspect any issues with its contents. Nevertheless, we're updating our intake process to prevent situations like this in the future. We hope the replacement we sent you is working well.
