The system had a little glitch in it…
The system had a little glitch in it but Tom was able to walk me through and handled everything professionally. I had to re-enter my items the next day where I had a lesser amount because the pricing changed the next day..

Sarah, thanks for the fair review. Yes again our apologies for the system glitch as our offers are tied directly to the real time international spot prices for gold and silver. We had a system upgrade which caused the brief delay. Happy to make up for it the next time around.
