All of the items are of excellent quality! The shirts are super soft, true to size, and durable. Nothing is plastic unless it's truly supposed to be- otherwise items are wood, cloth, metal, ceramic, or porcelain. Only one time the screen print on a water bottle was smudged, I made a passing comment about it in the monthly feedback survey and they sent a new one to me, no questions asked! Anytime I've emailed customer support I'd get a response from an actual person within a day and seem thrilled to help with any questions or concerns. The only complaint (from my cats) is that the toys are bigger than they'd prefer to play with.

Love everything that comes in these boxes. I get compliments on the tshirts all the time. I look forward to getting them every month!

This company has the best support and customer service! I have never been ignored! My whole household loves getting these boxes every month, even my little dog Cujo loves the little cat toys! Him and the 3 cats wreak havoc for hours a day every day!

Each box is a special treat that I look forward to every month. The items are always so cute, and make me smile! From wine glasses to sun glasses, flower vases to travel essentials, those wonderfully creative t-shirts and more! Every box is a delight and they donate to several cat rescue organizations every month as well. The Cat Lady Box is money well spent.

Cat toys are played with for months on end, and the t-shirts for cat caregivers are pawesome!
