CattasaurusReviews of cattasaurus.com

Great product. My cats love it!

Our cats love their 3 new Catasaurus! Service was prompt. I put them out Sunday and by Monday the fur children were all over them.

The customer service & follow up has been great! I have 2 cats & one is more curious about it than the other. The younger one has enjoyed playing in it & napping in the center at the top.

Thumbs down for poor customer service. I ordered 2 and the order arrived with the box literally open and pretty mangled. Wasn’t properly packaged due to skimping on packing tape. Emailed customer service, received a generic response that someone would get back to me. They didn’t. 9 days later I emailed again on the same email thread, only to receive another generic reply “How can we help you?” Perhaps if they read the previous emails they would know the answer. Will never purchase their products again, due to complete lack of customer service. There are other options for less money.

Fast shipping, my cat is particular, so she’s still getting used to it! We put some of her favorite toys inside, and she keeps bringing them back out!

It’s a year after our purchase and our Cattasaurus is still in great shape and our kitty loves it!

Shipping was fast and my cats love this!

Kitty loves this! Every morning she does laps inside the tunnel. XD
