Been watching this for a couple of years. This holiday season I went for it. Timeliness on delivery. Packaged well. Easy to assemble. We have had it for about a week. So far it seems durable and cozy. We chose the original thinking it would give us more options during our change of seasons. We added our cats favorite fleece blanket for the winter's cooler days. Aaand the cats LOVE IT!!

My husband saw the Black Friday BOGO sale ad and we couldn't resist get the peekaboo cat cave for our boy, Birch. He's a big boy at 17 pounds and fits comfortably inside the large!

I had been looking at this product and then saw it at a friend's house, so I went ahead and purchased it. Luckily, there was a BOGO sale! My cats like them but are still not 100% about it. They do get inside and sometimes play in it, and they do to go in and use it as a scratcher. I hope they begin to use them more and more.

I am very happy with your product. It is well made and is impervious to their scratches. However, my cats are taking a little more time to acclimate to it than I expected. I am using treats and catnip but they are resistant.

I ordered one and took advantage of a BOGO offer. The flimsy shipping box was coming apart when I opened it, so I put it out with the recycling immediately. I set one cave up right away, very easily I might add, and didn’t even look at the other one. I left it out for a week. I have two cats, both over 10 years old. One of them is overweight and needs exercise. The other had an overgrown, abscessed claw recently requiring vet treatment. I had figured, between the two of them they could really benefit from this and maybe even bond finally. Well, the overweight one went to it pretty quick, went in exactly once and scratched around a little. That was it. Neither cat ever touched it again. I knew there was a satisfaction guarantee, so I thought nothing of the trashed box and promo leaflet I’d also tossed confidently upon our unboxing. The return policy said to email them and include photos to prove the item was not used and undamaged. No problem. (In hindsight though, that doesn’t leave much room for one to become satisfied or unsatisfied, does it?) I sent a very nice email requesting a return shipping label for refund, and attached required photos. What I got back in response was an offer for me to keep both items and they would refund 30%!! That is NOT A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! They made it very clear that if I opt to buy a box and return it, I am still subject to their inspection and am taking a real gamble whether I’ll receive any funds back at all, let alone that offered 30%. Because I threw a box away? These things take up a lot of space in my little apartment. No I don’t want to keep it. I just want my hundred dollars back. Why is that a big deal? I will even buy the box to ship it back in. Just take them. It’s a great product, if I had different cats I’m sure my cats would love it as much as the rest. But it’s past that to the principle now. You guaranteed my satisfaction and I am not satisfied. It’s not complicated. So, fast forward, in my befuddlement I get to looking at the second cave, which I never assembled. Wouldn’t you know, lo and behold there is a red/purple stain in the fabric inside. It looks like ink or dye. It certainly was not caused by us and there is no way for me to get it out. It is in the fabric itself. So now I guess I am screwed. I’m stuck with these. I suppose I’ll be giving them away. But you can bet your bottom $100 that every time I see this damn ad from here to kingdom come, I will think nothing of typing all of my fresh thoughts into every comment section. Thanks for reading.

The product is well made and my 2 cats are still trying to decide if they like their new Peekaboo caves. I bought the large size for each of them, although I think it would be good to give more information related to sizing. I went based on 'breed' as described, but my cats are a little too big for the top napping area (although they do fine in the tunnel). I probably should have gotten the jumbo size. Perhaps specifying weight and or length of a cat might help others pick the right size.
