CattasaurusReviews of cattasaurus.com

Very nice! Very nice! Very nice!

The kitty kids all enjoy the cattasaurus product. The only major hassle that I had was that I entered my order and right away noticed that it referred the shipping address to my old address. I had just moved and I tried calling and texting literally nonstop immediately afterwards and no one answered the phone or my numerous texts to try to fix it!! Most businesses in my experience allow one to make changes to the order prior to shipping but NOT this company!!? The a few days later they finally responded to say that, “oh we’re sorry but the item has already shipped”! I checked the tracking number and all it says was label has been created but waiting for carrier to pick up!! Long story, I had have UPS divert the package to a UPS store because for some dumb reason it won’t allow one to actually ship to correct address! It ended up costing me $11.98 to process the shipment! Not a happy camper but like I said the fur kids love them!

The Cat Donut Caves were shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. My kitties are slowly getting used to their new hiding places.:) The only reason I gave 4 out of 5, but it could really be 4.5...is due to the placement of the box, by Fedex, outside and nowhere near my building. Customer Service follow-up was also great! Thanks, maggie and crew

My cats absolutely LOVE their cat caves and since I recently ordered and added a cover, one of my cats is ALWAYS in it!

Arrived quickly. My cat loves it. Received two free blanket covers for it. Will be great this winter. Daisy is scratching the furniture less. Daisy is 5 months old and uses it every day.

Our cats loved them from moment one!

Shipped promptly & delivered perfectly My cats are obsessed with this - They love it!!

Both my kittens are loving it. I bought two and gave one to my granddaughter for her kitten. Now my other granddaughter wants one for hers as well.
