My cats love it. The cats at our rescue also really enjoy it. One of the kitties is always in their cat cave.

Delivered as stated. Nicely packaged. I did the bogo. Our cat was scratching up our sofa, she gets in the tube and scratches her way around inside, like zoomies and isn’t scratching the sofa. Win win! The directions were a bit confusing, ours don’t have furry toppers, so one of them has an extra zipper for that. Once sorted, zipped together with no issues.

Ordering was simple & package arrived in damaged. Very impressed with quality of the product & can’t wait for my new kittens to arrive and explore it!

We have 5 rescue cats. Four of the five cats absolutely love the cat caves in different ways. For two, they feel cozy and secure inside. Two others love to sit on the top, sleep, sun and look out the window to watch the birds. We ordered the light grey and they look nice on the floor and blend well with the furniture. Great for scratching as well and incredibly durable. They remain smooth despite all the scratching. We ordered two more (BOGO) to have enough and I'm giving one to my niece who has a 1-year-old cat she found outside as a kitten.

Cats love both when they are covered/together and also when only half/top open.

Everything went well with our order. The items arrived as expected and the cats are loving them. Would order again from this company.

I ordered two, but the items are too large for my cats. I received my items on October 2, 2024. That same day, I followed the directions to process a refund (sent an email with photos and a reason for the return - the items are in the original packaging and shipping box). The company states they have a 90-day refund policy. I heard back from the support team on October 8, 2024, saying they needed photos and a reason for the return. So, I sent the images again and restated the reason. It is now October 18, 2024. I tried calling the support number on the company's webpage - no answer, and the voicebox was not set up. I emailed again to request a refund. The product is OK (just not the correct size for my cats), but the customer support is severely lacking. Beware before ordering.
