First of all their exceptional line of high quality products and on top of that amazing customer centric service. Way back in April 2026, I screwed up the screen protector installation for my iPhone 17 and requested for a replacement. They honored my request and sent me new one from across the globe. Last week, I ordered a Sheath phone case for my 3 year old Samsung S23 ultra. But the phone died few hours after the order was made. I had to stop the initiation of the shipment and finally requested for a refund as the phone cannot be used any longer due to motherboard failure. They genuinely refunded my money back, considering my situation. Kudos to the whole team

I ordered an Iphone17 pro case based on the fact I would get it within 3-4 days. It hasn’t been posted and an automated response has said wait 1-2 days for a reply. Sorry but if I’m paying a lot of money for something I want better customer service. I’ve now bought an alternative case and asked for a full refund I’m also concerned when people are having to sure long delays. This review is posted in the hope it will get me a response. I will update accordingly

I placed an order on June 13. I was informed on the website that my product would be shipped in 2-4 business days. Well here i am today. June 29th. No phone case. Getting any information from the “customer support” team is more painful than getting a tooth pulled. Well at least now I finally have a tracking number! But it hasn’t even been received by the post office yet. If your phone case is even close to a poor as your customer care or service then start processing my refund now.

I've bought many accessories from Caudabe (screen protectors, cases, etc). Always had a great experience. Recently needed a warranty replacement. Excellent support, quick response time, no nonsense replacement under warranty. I love it!! Couldn't ask for a better experience, and that's why I'll continue being a Caudabe customer. I trust this company to provide a great product, and back it up with a great guarantee.

They have absolutely the best customer support. They’ve never given me a hard time. Their products are absolutely amazing and have great build quality, if they don’t, they replace without any hassle. Definitely the only case company I’ll ever use anymore or recommend!

Cases are very high quality and so is their customer service! I ordered a case the night before a big sale started and they graciously refunded me the difference in price!
