Case is great, I love it. I had to do a partial return because of a phone change and they made it super simple to do so. Went smooth and customer service was responsive and friendly.

I have been a loyal supporter of Caudabe cases since iPhone Xs days. It came upon an advertisement on FB and somehow I clicked in and purchased my first ever case with them. I fell in love with it the minute I place the cover over my phone. It was sleek, beautifully made and nice to the touch. There was a small mishap with my first case but with their awesome warranty coverage, coupled with the CS's response, it was replaced flawlessly without any other questions asked. Ever since then, I literally buy all iPhone related products from them. I would love to be their customer for as long as iPhone exist. Would be better if they can bring out some bright colors in future updates.

I’ve been a HUGE fan of these guys for about 5 years now. I first caught wind of them in 2017 and have used their cases almost exclusively since. Cases are phenomenal if you’re like me and don’t like having a case on your phone but have to because I’m OCD about it. Veil is my favorite followed by the sheath. Synthesis is my go-to for hiking and outdoorsy stuff since it offers more protection. The customer service team is top-tier and incredibly helpful. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I’m a Caudabe customer for life and have been since I put my first case on my iPhone 7+.

I don’t typically write product reviews, but felt that I needed to given how amazing these cases are. Over the years I’ve gone through various iPhone cases. Looking for the “perfect case” that not only embodies a minimal feel, but also protects my phone and looks great. Caudabe does it all and more. It really is an incredible design that you have to experience for yourself. Not only that, but their customer service is exceptional, and they truly go above and beyond to address any questions. I was honestly surprised to read some of the reviews below noting the challenges they experienced. All I did was write a simple email to their customer service address, and my question was answered immediately. Elizabeth was so helpful. Honestly, don’t look any further. This is the case you want on your phone!

I’ve had several things of these cases for several of my phones. Never had any issues, including on a warranty return once that quick and easy. I would not choose another brand over Caudabe when it comes to phone cases. Thanks for the great quality products and awesome customer care.

So glad I looked into a number of cases before choosing this one (my second Caudabe). Looks and feels great, excellent protection and magnets mean the MagSafe accessories connect flawlessly. I’ve paired it with a MagSafe Pop Socket card wallet and now I walk out the door with my phone, ID, a couple of cards all in one hand. My first Caudabe kept my iPhone X spotless and safe, and both still looked brand new after four years of heavy daily use.
