The packaging should be improved. The black lumpfish Caviar box was damaged. It should have been placed in a plastic bag to avoid the moisture. The 10 LB Alaska king crab legs were loosely put in a thin plastic bag without even tying up.

Wide variety of specialty items, excellent communication. Would have rated 5 stars except order delayed waiting for product restock x 2; unfortunately, additional item promised re delay was not included with shipment. Order very well packaged, frozen items still solid on arrival despite 50F ambient temp. in Vermont in November!

Product arrived as promised and in excellent condition. The caviar and foie gras were first rate.

Addressed shipping errors on my order timely.
