Great customer service
Great customer service. They answered some product related questions really fast and in-depth. Also, shipment was quite fast. Received my order in good condition.

Broken Product; Unresponsive Help
I also received my package with a broken bottle of oil. I have reached out to their help via website a week ago with no response. I attempted to send an email to the email address listed under Contact Us and received a bounce back. I just wanted a replacement or a refund for the bottle. Other than that I think the site will be great.

Ordered 2 CBD oils
Ordered 2 CBD oils. The first one was delivered leaking in it's container. Second does one does not work. The email to get help kicks back. DON'T BUY

most of the rub melted while in transit…
most of the rub melted while in transit not much left. There was 1/2 of the jar left. What was there works great.
