I place my order and was promised my order would be processed and shipped within 2-3 days. It has been a full week and I just now recived a confirmation that they are processing my order. That was only after I emailed support. I haven’t received the product yet, but with the purchasing process I have been very disappointed and I will be taking my business somewhere else if this is how your company does business.

Thanks for reaching out with your feedback. Yes we have a 2 day processing time, however your order placed on January 23, 2019 at 8:20 am was shipped out on 1/24/19 so we actually shipped it out faster than promised. USPS Priority Mail M****** P*****, Nashville 01/24/2019 92055901755477000132361244 All good though, looks like USPS never scanned in your package so we can refund you.

I ordered this in hope that it would help with my pain. Due to the sad thoughts of taking pain pills for the rest of my life, and no help from the Veterans Administration. I decided to stop the pain meds and take matters into my own hands. With some reservations of ordering anything over the internet, and after a lot of thought and research. I decided to give this a try. Knowing that when it arrived that I would be disappointed with no hope of ever getting any relief from the pain. Well I was wrong!! I was amazed after trying this product. The pain that I have endured for over 30 years seemed to now be in the back of my mind as relief was setting in. It WORKS!! I mean it really does work... And the smell is good, taste is excellent, and pain meds never made me feel so good. I highly recommend this product to anyone with pain. It does not take it totally away. But, the effects on my body are not as bad as the Damn Pain Pills. I recommend the Honolulu Haze, it is the first that I have tried. And the one that I will stick with. Just amazing!!

Overall really great product and service. Shipping time is always different though even though you're paying for priority, and the email/text updates have only been given to me once out of four orders.
