Excellent Service
I had trouble with the website but left a voicemail. My call was promptly returned and I place my order. Notified later the same day that order was shipped and it arrived a few days later. Excellent service

Kevin, I am sorry to see how unhappy you are with the product you chose. Per our numerous emails, we tried to explain that the product is manufactured by another company and the description is exactly correct, and taken from the manufacturer.
