Worst experience ever, horrible customer service, talking over me when trying to explain what was going on and then rudely said I don't get paid enough for this. Adam Roy was the person I spoke with and got nowhere, he then ended up cancelling my order without notice A manager called back and apologized and got my situation handled professionally

Ordered Pixel phone. They said it was shipped USPS, but it was shown as pending pickup. This went on for 3 weeks, with numerous calls assuring me it had been shipped. Finally I track order on their site and they say order has been canceled. No notification to me. This outfit is a scam!

This was a mixed bag experience for sure. On the plus side, the phone got here in great shape. It looks and operates like new and it's unlocked as they said. However, the business is in NY and i'm in NJ. If they had it right there as they claim, it would've gotten here within 2 days of ordering. It took 12 days! Maybe they're ordering from China. I don't know. Then the phone charger they sent does not fit this phone so i had to go buy another one. And to top it off... the manual in the box is also for a different phone.

I am so happy that I finally found the phone I wanted at such a good price and heck still brand new! Cellification.com has a crazy catalog of phones that I didn't believe that are still out there on the market let alone in brand new/ like new conditions (if the phones are over a decade old). I have been search for a phone for myself for work, kinda like a burner cellphone just for my business so I can keep it in my office. They had a Motorola edge 2023 model on sale at such a good deal compared to everywhere else from what I checked. I contacted their customer service over the phone and had the pleasure to speak with George, he answered all my concerns thoroughly and kindly and I was already confident about them right away and felt like buying a phone through them would be the obvious choice at they have truly gained my valuable trust. I have placed my order a little late at midnight after I got home, and the following day I see a tracking number showing my new phone is on the way! I have received my order on the expected delivery time with the extra shipping that I paid for, and phone came exactly as advertised. Now I have a phone just for my work and it works excellent with my Verizon carrier, not to mention that Motorola surprisingly makes excellent smartphones! They 2024 g stylus is such a good choice if you're looking for a budget friendly phone. To make things short, cellification.com is a reliable source for buying phones in my opinion, their website is clean and prices are unbeatable. Their customers service team is truly build of great and ambitious people who care about each individual order and customer, making sure full satisfaction from the customer is met! I would continue to buy from them and I would certainly be checking them out when the day comes for my main phone to be replaced.

I ordered an unlocked motorola edge 2020, I recieved a motorola edge 2021 and it was LOCKED to Verizon. I use Metro. So much to my dismay when I arrived at my Metro store four towns over, I can't do anything with this phone because it's locked. I called and spoke to customer service and it went well, I understood people make mistakes so I just wanted a refund. Even had a laugh about it with a guy named "Marvin". I did recieve my refunded money about seven days later after I returned it so I'm glad I didn't take a hit on it. But the second or third time I spoke to Marvin on the phone, he said "my manager found your bad review, take it down", which lead me to believe if I didn't remove the review I wouldn't get a refund. I waited to get my refund to give this review. Because I think asking me to remove my experience, my very honest account of what happened, was almost black mailing and unprofessional. I took a chance with this company after reading good reviews. But upon looking deeper into the bad reviews, I found many flaws. People have had very similar issues with this company. Not receiving what they ordered, rather they recieve something else, receiving wrong broken and damaged and LOCKED phones. I know the price point sounds alluring but it wasn't worth it in my experience. Sorry, Marvin.
