Dr. Thirumlai is exceptional when it comes to procedures. She explains everything clearly, makes sure you feel comfortable, and takes her time to ensure you understand what is being done and why. Her professionalism, skill, and calm approach made the entire experience much less stressful. I felt safe, cared for, and confident in her hands throughout the entire process. Her staff also deserves recognition because they are just as amazing. From check in to the nurses and assistants, everyone was kind, patient, and helpful. The entire visit was organized, smooth, and truly a great experience overall. I highly recommend Dr. Thirumlai and her team.
