Dr. Harding and the staff were professional, friendly and caring during my visits. They explained the process and were patient as we worked through the insurance process.

Dr Pappas was excellent I felt I was in very good hands with him. I did not feel the same way about the office staff. I had less than a positive experience with my booking and follow up appointments. Despite waiting for every appointment, almost 20-30 minutes, one time I was 7 minutes past the allowed time and they would not take me. One time after a procedure, despite my forms saying I am allergic to latex they put a latex bandaid on me. The office can do better.

Very professional employees there. First time there and they explained everything that they were going to do. Dr. Sebastian was very nice and explained the test results and the procedures that he would do.

I was so impressed with how thorough and informative the initial consultation was—it really put me at ease. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of vein treatment.
