Everyone was very professional, compassionate, and very knowledgeable.

Very friendly staff, no waiting, and mine was a very fast procedure.

I ordered a pair of compression stockings with a closed toe and after wearing them for a couple of days I experienced a lot of pain in my toes. I also ordered open toes and they have worked out fine. I tried to return them but was told that the particular style did not come in open toe. I was told since I had tried them I did not need to return them but would be credited to my account. I have tried to repeatedly call the office and have been bounced back and forth between the Center and MediUSA as to who I need to talk to. I have yet to be able to find out if the my account has been credited. I am dissatisfied with the consumer service that I have received. The info stated that there was a no hassle return policy on the stockings, but it has been nothing but a hassle to resolve this

Staff and doctor were all patient, informative, knowledgeable and took time to explain what was taking place at visit and with future visits. Very pleased with all at first visit.
