Great customer service no long waiting time explained procedure in details

The Dr. Sbrocco and his staff took the time to explain step by step the procedure that was going to be performed on my first visit. Dr. Sbrocco took the time to make a plan for me and see how it evolves until my next visit. I recommend the Center for Vein Restoration.

Everyone working here was professional and considerate. I never had to wait and if I had any questions they answered them so that I understood everything.

Doctor and technician were great. However, the front desk person who handle the appointments was not polite, and seemed bothered with every question, as well as the person who answers phone calls to the 855 number. They appeared to be in a hurry and definitely seemed impatient and unhappy to be dealing with patients.

The fact that the staff really took time to examine me and gave me results on what to do and the doctor was awesome also

Qualified expertise , friendly, courteous and clean and the entire staff make you comfortable and explain options that you can understand. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
