When making the appointment I was asked all sorts of questions... I was told to get to the appointment 15-30 minutes early to fill out paper work. My appointment was at 7 AM....I arrived at 6:35 AM...the medical building did not open until 7:05 AM ...and the receptionist in the Vein Restoration office did not arrive for work until 7:10 AM...!!! What a waste of time....Upon registering with the receptionist I was informed that the test that my primary care wanted me to have was not done in this office and they could not and would not help me....a total waste of time.....even if I had to , I would never go back to this place...

Excellent staff and Dr. Lee is great. Had better results than I thought possible and my legs feel great.

Center for Vein Restoration very organized from the receptionist, therapist, nurse and doctor. Everybody was very kind and helpful. Diagnosis and treatment plan explained in detail w/o complicated facts to confuse me. I was very pleased with the treatment that I received during the time I visited for an appointment in the office.

The billing is a disaster. They don’t give adequate explanations, therefore hindering reimbursement of flexible spending money ... explanations given are inadequate.
