Friendly and courteous staff, if you go there enough they remember your name and ask how you are doing. Doctors and assistants are friendly and put you at ease. They clearly explain issues and procedures and will answer any questions you have. During procedures they make sure you are relaxed and comfortable. You never want to have to go to the doctors, but this office makes it enjoyable so you don't mind going back.
