Centiment is speedy and reliable. Derek is always very helpful with the setup and throughout the process, and they deliver great results.

Great, fast service and support.

It was easy to set up, and the AI tools really helped to craft the right questions

Working with Centiment, and especially with Hannah Pratt, was an exceptional experience. Hannah partnered closely with us throughout our project, keeping our team informed at every step. When we ran into limitations with our free Qualtrics account, Hannah helped us troubleshoot and provided a path forward in the Centiment platform. Her guidance made the transition seamless. Hannah was also helpful in flagging issues like GDPR/CCPA compliance, and was always ready with practical solutions. Once we launched, Centiment's soft launch reporting was clear and thorough, and Hannah helped us feel confident moving into full fielding. We hit our target sample size and had a great distribution across key demographics. Overall, Centiment was fast, reliable, and incredibly supportive. I’d gladly work with Hannah and the Centiment team again!

I have used Centiment over the years to solicit researcher participants for my academic research studies. Most recently I had the pleasure of working with Ramsey Walker. While I have always felt that Centiment took care of me, Ramsey went above the call of duty. He made recommendations to improve my response rate at multiple stages, kept me well informed, and gave me options. I really felt like he was part of my research team. He really cared and I felt it. Thank you, Ramsey!

Jacob Ramey was knowledgeable and very helpful. He made the process easy and provided me with support and feedback on my survey design to ensure I received all responses needed. I would definitely use Centiment for my next study!

Working with Eric on the Centiment team couldn't have been smoother. He helped refine our survey, offered timely and thoughtful input, and made sure everything ran efficiently. The insights we gained were incredibly useful for shaping our projects. I'm now a return customer of Centiment, and I will continue to utilize the platform as a go-to resource.
