Hi, Not sure why i'm being charged double, if payment is rejected by my bank all that should happen is a request for payment etc no extra fine. Its not my fault the bank saw it as fishy it happens

Hello, dear CentroBill. I added one trial subscription hut instead of one i had two, but I luckily noticed it and canceled it, but i was charged for two and i got a refund only for one trial subscription, the second amount of money which is 29,99$ wasn’t given me back. Please help me with my issue!

Hi! I am unable to cancel my subscription as your service is not letting me log in to Centrobill in order to cancel the subscription. Please get back to me with a solution or cancel my account from your end ASAP since I am not happy with the subscription and I don't want to get charged after the trial period ends. Thanks.

I’ve done business with the site before and didn’t have problems but this time around I purchased a free trial once and then I got 1 notification that said I purchased trial then when I went to cancel it hours later due to inactivity I noticed that I had two separate orders so I canceled both hoping not to get charged for either but now that I look at my pending charges it now says I have THREE separate orders all charging 29.99! And one says “STC-1” I’m really hoping not to get charged around 100 dollars for something that I’m not even using at all and also i logged back into the center bill and it’s still popped up in active but when I click on it the cancel option isn’t available please if I can have someone get back to me ASAP thank you !

Hello, i have to pay 180 euros right now for something i didnt read right. I was to late with paying because i tought it was free after i canceled it. I asked costumer service if it was oke to pay the normal costs of the service they send me a email that it was oke i have proof of that and now i still getting threats that there is a case against me.

Their customer support said that my purchase attempt was not successful and it didn't take charge, but it did took charges on my mastercard. I want to make sure that i cancelled my subscription. I hope they will reply. Thank you!

Aljun, It happens sometimes when we have reasons to believe the customer is a fraudster, and automatically refund his payment seconds after it went through. Depending on how the issuing bank operates, funds may be returned to the card either within a minute or it may take a day. If it's your card indeed - check it with the bank. Regards, Centrobill Team

Why not process fees like Netflix? First and last months dues makes it harder for the customer to track down their last month’s fees if they want to cancel their subscription.
