This is my second time with Cesi. Just like the first time they did a amazing job. They brought the interest way down on all my credit cards. The staff cares about getting your debts paid. Everyone I’ve worked with have been courteous , professional and are very dedicated with helping me with getting back on track.

Fees are high. Customer service is helpful, but local credit union could probably make a better deal for you. I had a 20% interest rate reduced to 10% but the monthly fee effectively resulted in a 16% interest rate. I took a hit to my credit for not much benefit.

Hi Ben - thanks for your feedback! Our fees are regulated by the laws in the state where each customer resides, and some accounts qualify for hardship programs that can reduce fees. Credit unions or bank loans can be an excellent option for those who qualify, but can be difficult to secure without collateral to guarantee the loan. We're glad that our customer care team was helpful for you.
