We have had to use our Crystal Fusion warranty twice and each time it's been a very smooth experience, from the initial phone call to glass replacement. There's no long waiting period or loopholes to jump through, and customer service has been great.

Very good timely service

At first I was concerned about having the new windshield treated, scheduling with the dealer, that sort of thing. The manager at Low Cost Auto Glass explained to me that they would apply the Crystal Fusion treatment to the new windshield. And they did. Even attached the decal. When I picked up the vehicle, Manager double checked the interior cleanup, it was fine. In short, I felt the vehicle was well taken care of.
