Trustworthy & communicative 3PL I can depend on
I started working with Channel Prep this year as I was launching my e-commerce business, and I'm so thankful I found them! Many other 3PL services have many hidden fees, toss you around from rep to rep, and have very high minimums which are hard to hit when you're first starting out. With Channel Prep, I'm able to email or text my account manager whenever I have a question, and they even get on the phone with me. They've been super helpful in getting my store set up, and highly recommend them! I know my products are safe and won't get lost. A genuine small, family-run company that I can trust. Highly recommend!

Paid reviews and hidden fees
I initially gave a great review, because they offered to pay me if I gave them a great review. However, I soon left their service, because I didn't send enough units in every month and they started charging me fees, even though their website at the time said they had no hidden fees. There are better options

If you are looking for a good prep center, this is it!
I'm very happy with our experience with Channel Prep. Their systems make everything very easy on us. In fact, I feel like Jason is an extension of my team. Highly recommend!
