TOTAL SCAM, expect your credit card to be compromised soon afterward
TOTAL SCAM, also expect that there will be a very high probability that your credit card to be compromised soon after your purchase. The info provided is abbreviated. Their report does not include detailed service data or registration information including states where the vehicle was kept. The fact that you cannot locate my transaction is proof enough that your systems lack any integrity or transaction audit log. I will let people decide for themselves if I am a "real" customer in this incident and/or instance.

Update #2: You have since provided an email address starting with arl.....outlook.com. We have thoroughly checked our database, and there are no orders associated with this email address. It is very likely you purchased from a different site. Several competitor platforms copy our branding, layout, or naming structure. Please verify your receipt and the exact URL as https://cheapcarfaxreport.net/ where you placed your order. If it was not placed directly on our site, we kindly ask that you update or remove this review. UPDATED: We want to clarify that we cannot locate your transaction simply because the only information visible to us on Trustpilot is the display name "ADE." Without an email address, order number, or full name, no company can cross-reference an account or audit log. We have explicitly asked you to share your order details with our support team or reply to our Trustpilot information request so we can verify and address your case. Because you still have not provided any order information, we remain unable to locate your record. If you are a genuine customer, please reach out directly to our support team with your order confirmation details so we can immediately investigate and resolve this for you. Original response: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take allegations of this nature very seriously. However, after requesting details to verify your order, we have received no information to confirm you are an actual customer. We would like to address your specific points directly: Payment Security: We process payments exclusively through Stripe, one of the world's largest payment processors, which supports Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never store, see, or have access to your full credit card details. Our site can also be scanned by any antivirus software (such as Avast) or security tool to verify that it is completely safe and secure. Report Content & Guarantee: Our reports include detailed service and registration history, and we provide clear sample reports on our website showing exactly what is included. Furthermore, we offer a full money-back guarantee: if a report is missing information available in an official report, we issue a refund. Because you have not contacted support for a refund, provided order details, or responded to our request for information, this does not appear to represent a genuine customer experience. Having operated successfully for over six years, we remain committed to providing transparent and accurate service and are considered by most to be the most trusted provider. If you are a real customer, please contact our support team with your order number so we can assist you immediately.
