Reliable and CRAZY Fast Filing!
Many of friends have used Legal Zoom to file their LLC. At the advice of a friend I chose CheapNewYorkLLC.com and I'm so glad I did!! All the documents are sent to you electronically, for few dollars more they handle all for you which for me personally was worth it. Steve is always available, communicative and responds to any questions. And its CRAZY fast ..after filing it basically takes 1 day! This is a company you can rely on and trust. Quick, clean and easy
I browsed several other online based LLC forming services and this one appears to be the most transparent, easiest to navigate and the results are ridiculously quick. A lawyer's office wanted at least $1700 from me and took over a week to get down to pricing.
