Best option for parking long term. The shuttle picks you up at the airport and gives you a free ride back to the hotel to pick up your car at the end of your trip. Wendy, the hotel front desk manager, helped me figure out the best option for me since I was going to be gone for 2 weeks. It took less than a minute and I saved tons of money! Wendy also gets my 5 star review.

I’ve park with this groups many times before. I’m not a fan of the new way to do the payment. I used to just show the receipt like the website says and now there’s a scan code and license plate number and I’m not sure I did it right or not. The lady at the counter’s instructions were not very clear. When I asked about the instructions she seemed irritated.

Excellent parking

Whole experience was wonderful!

Price is great. Website is easy to navigate for booking. Immediate received confirmation email. Hotel made me fill out paperwork that was the same information I already submitted on the website. Shuttle is less than ideal. Have to place another 1hr in plans to make sure you arrive to the airport on time. Shuttle was not consistent. On the website and confirmation email it states the shuttle arrives every 15 minutes. The hotel employee kept saying she called him but after 40 minutes we had to make other arrangements to get to the airport. Arriving back I called the hotel as soon as we landed and she stated the shuttle was on the way. Still waited 35 minutes outside before shuttle arrived.

Simple and easy.

It’s been awhile since I’ve taken a flight and needed parking. The reservation process was very easy. I wish I could find them more easily. Now that I have the web address, I will make a note for the future. In the past parking was great at the location I selected and the shuttle to the airport is reliable. I’ve used this location many times and have always been pleased.

Best service by far!
