Neal Jones was extremely helpful and courteous. It was a great experience.

My representative did a very thorough job but the call was very long and at one time we got disconnected but was able to get back on track. I believe my representative was O’Neal and he did a great job though at the beginning I was afraid I was getting scammed. In the end he was very charming to work with.

Neal Jones was my ticket person. When I had problems with getting the reservation, he called me and walked me through step-by-step so that I would know that the ticket for my grandson would be issued and my contact and his contact information was correct. He was very patient.

David gave me excellent service. He gave me several options to save me money, and special service options as well. I received the premium flight that my needs percectly.
