Adam and Jesse helped me with booking my flights and explaining everything clearly to me.

I learned to read the fine print before making any decisions. I inadvertently booked a flight that did not allow carry-ons or checked luggage. Since it was nonrefundable, they were able to upgrade me, but at a much more expensive cost. But the fault lies with me. They were accommodating and responsive Both James and Hardin were polite and worked to do the best to fix my mistake.

I would definitely book again with Cheapvuelos. Damon in customer service was very helpful when I needed to cancel my reservation. Great company to book with.

Oh boy, do I have a story to tell about this company and I gave him five stars because I gave it to Rex. The guy that I talked to after I went through two or three of them for a name change they took me through hell somehow my middle name got into The passenger middle name and all I wanted it was removed. I lost the flight. They didn’t wanna give me my refund they wanted to change flights and charge me $300 more and I’m looking online at flights that was less than what they were trying to charge me. Just be careful of the information you put in with them, but Rex was patient with me cause I was irate. I started off fine but by the end of all it is, I was just irate, so good luck and make sure you check all of your information before hitting. Send.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THE COMPANY, they not sold me an ILLEGITIMATE ticket but also threatened to blacklist me from the an airline. This company/website will rob you.
