Do not trust this company. They will not help you when FedEx looses a package.

I ordered cookies with a cookie jar and Cheryl's Cookies they did an unauthorized charge to my credit card for an hold amount and then the next day did another charged for the incorrect amount to my credit card. This makes two charges for one item. Trying to get the release on the hold amount is impossible. They are the only company I have ever ordered from that does this. Will never order from this company again nor recommend them.

Stay away!! Horrible service! Told Me I did t have an order so I went to another company and then they charged me! I am fighting now to get back my 1000.00 Complete rip off!!!

DO NOT order from cheryls if you need time sensitive delivery. We ordered on December 4th and had a delivery date of Dec. 14. On Dec. 15 we called and the person on the phone stated that the order had not shipped yet.I think that is what they said because I couldn't understand them very well.She said she only takes orders and can't help with the problem.

Cheryl's Cookies is awful! It takes FOREVER for them to send out your order! Don't use them if you have less than a month for the order to be delivered. Plus their customer service barely speaks English. Never again!

Cheryl's cookies has horrible customer service. I made an order and immediately called to change it. They did not answer the phone in a 20 minute time period. I tried again the next morning, same thing. I finally emailed and they said they couldn't help me because my order was already processing...12 hours later. Quick to take my money, but slow to help! DO NOT ORDER FROM CHERYL'S!

I enjoy their sugar free frosted cut outs because I don't eat sugar. They sometimes crumble, good tasting. They should make them into cute little decorative ones like the real sugar ones!!

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my orders. I wasted $125 on Mother's Day gifts that won't arrive on time even though my order was placed four weeks in advance.
