Wow! Chewy has always proven themselves as reliable sources for my needed parrot, cat and dog products. But today they took the Badge of Caring! I made an order and changed account and info to my name following the death of my husband. Just a call to correct the account info, right? So in the UPS box today was a dozen beautiful long-stemmed roses with a note of condolences. Wow! I am overwhelmed and grateful. Thank you to the staff of Chewy. Never expected such.

Wow I am totally shocked and amazed!! My much loved French bull dog; Sally, passed away on March 5, 2023 and I called Chewy to cancel her autoships. I spoke with Mary and she was so kind and sympathetic and told me all the Chewy staff had pets of their own. She was so sweet! The shock came today...I received a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers in a vase from them and a lovely note! Talk about a company with a HEART Thank you from my whole heart. Crying right now so wonderful!

My pet passed and I called Chewy to cancel the pet delivery . Today(3/15/23) I am so surprised that I received a caring message with a pot of plant from Chewy. Chewy is not only take care my pet and also take care the pet owner. Thank you so much Chewy.

I have been ordering from Chewy for about two years and decided that they deserve a review from me based on several things they have done that have been outstanding. Before I even used them, my neighbor had her beloved dog pass away and when Chewy learned of this, they actually sent her flowers! Once when I accidentally had my rather large order of canned cat food sent to the wrong address, they told me to let the campground that we were staying at to keep it for their stray cats and they sent me my order free of charge! Every time I had to chat with them, they have been quickly responsive and helpful. They are exceptionally customer oriented. Today, my mother who lives with us opened an account with them for her cat and their system caught that she was using the same address as my account and even the same credit card number. We only use American Express for online purchases and she does not have one. After a quick phone call, they verified that this was all legit and he was very kind to my mother. They are just a wonderful company to work with and their customer service is amazing.

Great experience. I've been ordering from Chewy for quite some time and love their quick shipping. Recently I had a return due to an allergy issue & Chewy was super responsive, honored their return policy without a hassle & all went smoothly. I had a few questions related to a new product I ordered. I called the 800 number listed on their site & received Five Star customer service. Clearly, the rep I spoke with had one objective; that being solving the issue to the satisfaction of the customer.

Chewy has shown great and immediate customer service. I wanted to return dry food I had purchased for my cat and instead of returning they insisted I donate it to the local shelter and gave me a credit any way. I have had nothing but a great experience with them for the last 2 years.

My dog, LoKi’s review, of Chewy. My mom ordered my regular food - Adult chicken and brown rice. Well there must have been a mix up at the plant because the food in the bag wasn’t the adult chicken with brown rice. I turned my nose at this “new food” and only ate when I was absolutely starving. My mom called Chewy and explained what happened, and Chewy put a new bag of food in the mail for me immediately. It came yesterday and I was so excited and happy to have my regular food back, when my mom fed me dinner last night I scarfed down every delicious morsel! Thank you Chewy for listening to my mom and getting me my regular food. I am one happy dog and so is my belly!
