I ordered two xl dog beds Took forever I had to cancel

I have been ordering from Chewy for quite some time now, and they have always been so helpful. As of December 7th, my kitty whom I had for 13 years passed away and I called to see if I could return the recently received food and cancel my autoship. I had the pleasure of speaking with Krystal; she was extremely kind and asked me to donate the food, and a day later, I received the prettiest flowers and a heartfelt message from Krystal. Thank you Chewy family, you all have been so helpful.

Aside from Wal Mart, Chewy is my go to place for everything for our two beautiful cats. They are far more caring and compassionate than many friends and relatives. When I suddenly lost my beautiful wife of 40 years, her cat, Buddy, did not come out of the bedroom for nearly three months. When Chewy found out about my wife, not only did they refund some purchases, but to my surprise and delight, they had a bouquet of flowers delivered to my home. I still become emotional when I think or write about it. Their pharmacy does an exceptional job in delivering medication in an expedited manner. If you buy pet food and supplies from anyone else, you’re selling yourself short.

Put in order...never received it...called n was told they need more info?...then told it would be sent out...2days later called...still not sent...asked for my phone# n email again n was given $10 off for inconvenience...6 days later called...told it was sent out later in day to be told there's a security glitch...never will order from them again again

This was my first order from Chewy. I have a new puppy and planned on ordering food so we don’t have to go to the store. I was told it would be here yesterday and then it was delayed until today. I didn’t receive my order but my email said it was delivered. I called Fed Ex and they had a picture of the porch it was delivered to which was not mine. I will not order from Chewy again. I had to go to the store to get food yesterday and was ticked that it was delayed but now it wasn’t even delivered to my house. Not necessarily Chewys fault but it is since they use Fed Ex.

Have had the pleasure of ordering for my kitty for years. Once I goofed and ordered twice in one day. They said to keep or donate. Another time they waived shipping. Always very friendly and fast delivery. My kitty died yesterday. Called to cancel auto ship. It was such a sad day. It was in transit and they stopped it. Today I got the most beautiful flower arrangement with roses from Diane. I will miss their compassion and excellence CS.

Ordered Orivet DNA test kit. Received essentially empty kit— no activation barcode nor test swabs. Called Chewy and told they just send these out and to call the company. Just got a recording. Scam? Or just a waste of money. Don’t buy this brand. Check the reviews Chewy responded and is sending another kit. It’s not Chewy that packages the kit. Just the middle man. We will see if Orivet performs.
