Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Chewy has always been FANTASTIC for us. The customer service is great, they have helped when we found out our Laberdoodle has a chicken allergy in finding us an alternative food that all our pups can eat and enjoy. Our orders always come on time and I can add or change anything on their website easily. Love Chewy !!

Chewy has been an excellent resource for information, medication and reliable pet food delivery for my two dogs. The scheduling of deliveries has made it very easy to manage their diet. We buy everything from Halloween costumes to beds. They even send a birthday card each year. My dogs love chewy

Chewy has been a great company to deal with. Great products and customer service. We had a auto ship arrive the other day and a new bag of dog food for our older dog was in it that my wife forgot to delete from the order as we had to have her put down a couple days earlier. She called Chewy and explained the situation and said she would return the food. They said keep it. And the lady was very compassionate. 2 days later a HANDWRITTEN card and bouquet of flowers were delivered to our home with condolences for our pet. This to me was above and beyond. Thanks to Chewy and their staff! Tom and Bonnie Metcalf

I changed my address and the morons that worked there decided i didn't know my own address so they shipped it to an address that I haven't lived at in years. Then proceeded to tell me I would need to be recharged and reapproved for the 3 month flea medicine. I had to fight this because it was not my error, the company decided to change my information and admitted to doing it. Then, less than a month later, im getting charged again for some fee and another 3 month supply of flea meds I did not order!! Hello, its been 26 days why on earth would I need another 3 months??? So, I call back they try to put me on a 3 way call with my BANK. Are you f kidding me? I went straight to management and got all my money back. They are trying to STEAL money. DO NOT USE CHEWY.COM FOR ANYTHING. FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

My dog received a prescription for his medication by his Veterinarian. Due to financial constraints, it was agreed by me and the Veterinarian that we would get a higher dosage of the prescription and will cut the dosage in half in order to prolong his medication (same expected dose). This way he won't have to live without it for months while financials improved. This has worked for 7 years through multiple pharmacies without any pushback and my doggie was able to always have his meds when he needed it. Even though Chewy approved the same higher dosage the year before without issue, out of nowhere this year it's declined. After speaking with their "customer service" team, Chewy called and confirmed with his Doctor who reaffirmed this was their recommendation.... they still declined it. Chewy decided that they knew my dog better than myself or his Veterinarian of 7 years and did not want to provide him with his much needed medication. For a company who prides themselves of "caring for animals," obviously you do not if you're not willing to listen to his Doctor and provide him with the medication the Doctor prescribed, regardless of weight. Every situation is different and Chewy could care less of the circumstances or professional recommendations if it means they'll lose some money since the higher dosage is the same price of the lower dosage. Only difference is the higher dosage will last twice as long, therefore reducing their revenue. We deleted our chewy accounts and will no longer recommend or use them ever again after being a customer for 7 years. We hope for future customers that Chewy will listen to the customers' needs, and more importantly, listen to the Professional Doctor recommendations

I'm done with chewy I'm closing my account!! I talk to a customer service manger! The manger was rude and wanted to argue they didn't give me second part of my refund and the manger wanted to argue with me I was going to go to the chewy vet for my fur babies but I'm done I look for a place where the staff knows how to talk to there customers

Had a product issue and decided to contact support for a potential refund or replacement. They both refunded and replaced my product after a short 3 minute conversation over the phone with a human, not AI. Super kind individual, could not have had a better experience.

Horrible delivery service! I've been utilizing Chewy's "subscribe & save" for my dog's food for years. And for most of that time, it's been great. Lately, however, it has not been. Namely because of who they choose to ship with. My last 2 orders have been delayed because of a "failed delivery attempt" notice from Ontrac. Not sure how, when I've lived in the same house for nearly 2 years. And it's not difficult to find. So now, on top of daily life stressors, I'm once again having to worry whether or not my dog's food will get here before it runs out. 2 stars only because product availability & pricing is good.
