I’ve always had great service when calling them, but last week Stephanie at Chewys went above and beyond. One of our dogs passed away recently, I called Chewys to cancel our auto ship of meds, and had just received her monthly meds. I ask if I could send them back, I hadn’t opened the box. She said no keep the box, but we will reimburse you for those meds. She said she was sorry to hear we lost our dog, A few days later We received flowers and a sympathy card from Chewy. I thought that was so sweet, company’s just don’t give that kind of personal service anymore. I’ll continue to use Chewy for all my pet needs.

We’ve been ordering from Chewy for years. When our Benjamin Franklin (dog) recently passed away we had a few unopened bags of food and dog litter we didn’t need. Not only did they refund our money and told us to donate the items but they sent us a sympathy card and flowers. CLASS ACT Chewy! You made us smile! ❤️

Our elderly cat needed prescription food so we ordered from Chewy. He passed away on Tuesday and I called to cancel auto ship. I spoke to a very nice man,Jerry, he was so caring. He told me that the money for the last shipment was going back into my account and today I came home to a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Thank you Jerry and the chewy family for your kindness.

Incredible customer service! We recently had to put our rescue kitty to sleep due to medical complications associated with FIV. My father had previously ordered her food through Chewy.com, and somehow a repeat order showed up on Tuesday. When he called customer service, they were exceptionally nice and credited him with the order due to the unintentional refill. I would have been satisfied with that result, however later that day we got flowers and a note telling us that Chewy was sorry for our recent loss. That really is above and beyond what I would have expected in this situation. Way to go Chewy, we are now customers for life.

Chewy is a great company with the best customer service. Every time I call with anything they take care of anything and everything with no hassles ever. Other companies could learn a lot from chewy because they have the customer service down to a T. You just can’t find great customer service like this anymore. I lost my beloved sweet girl in July. Chewy told me to donate her last shipment in memory of her. And also sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Not only did they do all that but best of all the customer service representative Zachery sent the most heartfelt message to me. It really meant the world to me that he cared so much and was genuinely sorry for my loss. Not only that he signed the card and said he is there if I need to talk. They go above and beyond every time. I can not Thank them enough for their top notch caring customer service team they have at Chewy. I will not get my furbabies food and supplies anywhere else ever. I will continue to tell everyone I know about your Awesome top notch customer service that you give every time.

I was a customer of Chewy's for a few years now. I've used them primarily for prescription medications and food. Over the past year I've had to use them a lot more due to my dogs recent diagnosis of cushings and diabetes. I've spent thousands through Chewy, but I've decided to cancel all of my autoships today. It's frustrating to have to go out and look for a different company, but today I've seen this company doesn't really care as much as they'd like you to believe through their various media stunts or "random" acts of kindness as shared on social media. In my situation Chewy failed to call me when my prescription for insulin syringes was blocked for a reason they can't even determine. This left me waiting for a script that was never going to be delivered, using up the syringes I had, wasting time. I had to go to my vet to get enough to hold me over for 5 days (thinking my script would be here any day). Not a single message. If my vet sold boxes, I would have purchased them there, but they don't and I order medications and food from chewy anyway, so it only makes sense to get everything delivered in one order. Finally, after a week passes and no syringes, I go on the website to see the order has not shipped. I call them and I'm told there was a block on the order for some unknown reason and that it would be shipped out the next day. That still leaves me here with no syringes for 48-72 hours. I'm told I can go buy them at a local pharmacy and they will reimburse me a weeks worth. Where can you buy a weeks worth of insulin syringes? Nowhere! You have to purchase an entire box. Not a single attempt to make this right. In the past, the pharmacy would immediately contact me if there was going to be a delay or an issue had occurred with the script. It doesn't matter what your excuse is for why this occurred. The fact is, I am a regular paying customer dropping enough to cover a new car note every month (when I drive an old beater). I deserve a phone call when my script isn't going to be filled. Now my dog doesn't have needles and I have to scramble to find a place.

On October 3rd 2022, money was removed from my bank account for my autoship order. A couple days later I received an email from them stating my order had not yet shipped but not to worry they were working on it. I called and spoke to Sybil who told me they were waiting on my vet to send prescription. I hung up and called my vet who assured me they fax the same thing sometimes 4 or 5 times a day. When I called Chewy back I was informed that they had not received it and also the 2nd item on my shipment was on backorder. Please tell me why they would take my money for a product they don't even have? Now I am left scrambling to come up with extra money to get my dogs food and treats until Chewy decides to refund my money. Seems to me that until the items ship they should not be removing money from people's accounts

At 6pm tonight, I called in to ask for help getting a copy of the prescription for my sons prescription cat food. When I explained that he had run out completely, the agent stated that she couldn't help and that it was my fault that he had run out. She had a major attitude! I have dealt with Chewy.com for years and this is the first time I have ever gotten attitude from an employee. Shameful! WOW!
