Coped my chillpod last month and let me tell you, I am absolutely blown away by this product! I was a bit skeptical at first, but after using it a few times, I can confidently say that it's one of the best investments I've made for my post-workout recovery routine. It's easy to use, and materials feels durable. I was also impressed by how much ice and water it can hold. I was initially disappointed that my delivery was delayed, but thanks to customer service team for keeping me updated and going above and beyond to make things right, it was worth the wait !

I have not received my chillpod. Please provide an update on arrival. lastly, I don’t speak French!!!

Ordered over a week ago. Still hasn’t shipped? Might want to revisit how they are getting or not getting their product in customer hands in a timely manner. Response to Chillpod. According to USPS shipping label has been created on 3/27. USPS has not received the item. It is April 4th. You sent a review product email before item is on the customer’s hands. Order being processed vs. shipped are 2 different things. Minimally if the item has been shipped, better communication would be nice.
