I ordered Michael Kors perfume. I do t know if it was out of stock or what. I just got a refund with no explanation. While I appreciate the refund, I really wanted the perfume, and some communication would’ve been nice

Should’ve checked reviews before placing the order. Order was cancelled and refunded just like several others complained about.

The item I purchased was no longer available. They need to update their website.

I ordered a product and it was a few days later when I received a refund because apparently you didn't have it in stock even though the webpage allowed it to be ordered.

I order my perfume & my order was confirmed. I received an email from PayPal saying my order had been paid. Two days later I am getting a refund from your company for my purchase amount without an email explaining why. I reached out to the email provided on my confirmation email & never received a response. So this company receives a 1 star…will never order from this company again.

As with my first order, my second went through and it showed available on the website. A few days later, I was refunded because the item was not in stock. 2 different orders on 2 different days both with the same result.

My item was unfortunately out of stock but they reached out to me with in a few hours to apologize and to let me know when it would be available. Now that's great customer service! Thank you!!
