Choisny cancelled order… prompt refund… all good…

Price was good, product just as expected and shipped withn a fair amount of time. The only thing that would have added to this experience is if an email was sent when my item shipped. But will purchase again!

Just discovered this site. Only ordered one fragrance and it appears to be legit. Perhaps, I may revisit it to order others as time goes by.

my order was filled as soon as the product was available through one of the company's contacts and arrived on time. Unfortunately, the product was not satisfactory and I had to call Choisny. My call was answered quickly and professionally. I explained the problem and Jon made certain the matter would be handled. Within a few minutes he sent me a return label with clear instructions. I will always call the company, first. They are honorable.
