I was a little frustrated with the shipping and communication regarding what ended up being a very delayed product. I purchased this for my husband for Father’s Day, a full week in advance. I knew it might be a couple of days late but when I placed my order, it was listed as in stock and that it would come in time for Father’s Day. I got an email later that week that due to an unexpected delay in shipping my order wouldn’t ship until later the following week. After that I didn’t hear from Chippo for a while. I had to send an email weeks later only to learn it would still be a bit. I will say when I sent that email I got a response back really quickly and an additional 15% off my order. I ended up getting the order more than a month after I placed it. It wasn’t the biggest deal but just kind of frustrating. More upfront communication about my order status would’ve been appreciated.

My son is using a lot and has improved his golf game.

Chippo made us a custom branded set that turned out Awesome! Helped with the design and everything.
