I bought two wigs that just weren't right for me. Chiquel let me return them and put the refund s towards the Euro Chic style wig that l bought. With its beautiful silver color and white highlights, mono top and extended lace front, it is exactly what l wanted!

Chiquel customer service is very patient and answers questions promptly. I hate that I can't get a refund, but they do gift a credit- but only once. I tend to order and return to order again. Mostly, I try to ask if my item is in stock because I hate waiting. I also ask which country it will ship from. I will buy again with all this in mind.

Love Classic Cut from RW. Color is good and I just trimmed up the bangs a little. Fits like a glove.

I was easily able to return something I ordered that didn't turn out to be what I expected. I order from Chisel a lot and have been very happy with their products.
