I think the company is very fair. If you have a problem with an order they will try their best to correct it. I must say, it is almost impossible to reach someone through the telephone, but you will get a very quick response if you go through the online option. I will continue to shop at Chiquel in the future.

This was my first purchase with Chiquel and I was so impressed with how fast my order was shipped. Unfortunately I had to return my wig because the color did not work for me, but the return process was so simple as well. I will definitely be ordering from you guys again!
