I had changed my silver investment from a traditional IRA to a ROTH. I thought the credit card I'd had on autopay with my traditional IRA would continue over to the ROTH. It did not. I got a written notice saying that I needed to pay my fee and charged me an extra fee for mailing the bill to me. Leslie Anna refunded my mailing fee and assisted me in getting my CC on auto pay for my future ROTH payments.
