Great friendly service
Choice provides great service and the very friendly staff is always there to answer any of my questions. When I had any issues or was confused about something, they promptly responded and answered professionally. They walked me through exactly what was needed to be done and left me feeling secure in my decisions for my account. I feel like I have a hands-on approach to my retirement account with them. I know exactly where I stand with my savings.

Kayla was sensational!
Kayla Wilson made the process of Hold My Own Keys very smooth. Her knowledge of the system could not have been better & her demeanor on the phone was very comforting. She is an asset to CHOICE and I do hope she is with them for a long time!!!
