Smooth trade execution and cash transfers

I have only signed up a month ago but the customer service is exceptional. At first, I thought it would be very complex to buy, sell and trade cryptocurrencies but I was completely wrong. It is the easiest thing ever to do within the Choice mobile app or website. Since signing up I haven't experienced one day of technical issues, trading issues, etc. Choice is becoming #1.

support is a big variable. Right now, I don't have access to my own account. Private equity is almost impossible to get set up. We have contacted them repeatedly for help to no avail.

Knowledgeable and Very helpful

I really dislike the app/website. No cost basis, no transactions, barely anything shown. Forms are hard to get. When I spoke with service about trades they didn't seem to understand that was looking for my cost basis. Kept saying "you can see what it's worth right there". But I trade a fair amount and was looking for what I had paid per share, not current value. Taking very long to get my funds transferred to another institution. Just not happy with them overall.

too short of time limit on orders. they expire daily instead of until cancelled. this limits my ability to trade stock when I need to.
